Linda studied in Sweden at the Florence Academy of Art 2016-2019.There she studied the method of the 19th-century French Academic oil painters, a school of classical art training run by Daniel Graves. She also studied Computer graphics at Tækniskólinn, Reykjavík 2008-2010 with a Diploma as a multimedia specialist. She ran drawing and painting courses from her studio after graduating in 2019. She participated in several group exhibitions and she teaches courses at Myndlistaskólinn Kópavogur. She sold her works at local Reykjavík Skúmaskot Gallery and now sells smaller works with Grænt og Grænt on Laugavegur 50.

Her painting process includes a lot of observation, idea sketches, with drawing and color studies from life. Currently, Linda is exploring new painting techniques and subject matters. Each painting takes longer to develop, allowing her to explore new and old ways of expression. Her surroundings in a foreign land and daily experiences drive her creative process. Linda works in oil and in digital prints. She paints traditional subjects such as still life, landscapes and portraits, she also creates illustrations from idea sketches.
